  • Melody J. Anderson, 47, of Jackson was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain single lane and no headlights.

Arrest

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summonses

  • Caitlyn R. Revelle, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Fegrui Tian, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.
  • Kaleb C. Wooldridge, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too closely.
  • Dalton B. Welch, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

  • A Stihl blower and Stihl chain saw were reported stolen at 2210 Sherwood Drive.
  • A wallet was reported stolen and fraudulent use of credit/debit device was reported at 319 Park St.
  • Two laptops and a charger were reported stolen at 618 North St.
  • An iPod and flash drive were reported stolen and a cellphone was reported damaged at 2571 Lisa Drive.
  • An iPhone was reported stolen at 430 N. Frederick St.
  • Clothing, shoes and an air mattress were reported stolen at 928 S. Ellis St.
