DWI

* Truman B. Jackson Sr., 64, 1827 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Angelia J. Hanson, 28, 612 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Chad L. Jensen, 24, 916 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and walking in the street.

* Daniel R. Withers, 30, 161 Kickapoo Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for no operator's license.

* Laura C. Hampton, 36, 622 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Erika S. Wicks, 26, 9 Park Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Alexis A. Wicks, 24, 2813 Whitener St., B2, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Stanley J. Barrows, 38, 1007 Themis St., was arrested on a warrant.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of property damage.

* Jeffrey L. Davis, 42, 123 Lot Drive, No. 15, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault, assaulting a law-enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

* Shelly F. Cissell, 49, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Chenecia S. Aldridge, 25, 912 Elm St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for littering on private property.

* Rebekah A. Franz, 20, 616 Locust St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Dollar General, 64 Plaza Way.

* Christopher A. Ward, 53, of Austin, Texas, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in the area of Spanish Street and Broadway.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for stealing alcohol at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.
