The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Terrence R. Patterson, 32, of Plymouth, North Carolina, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and having no insurance.

Arrests

  • Regina L. Laminack, 45, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing and food at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • James H. Williams, 49, 313 N. Fountain Street, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

  • Annie Overy, 28, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Jennifer M. Jarrell, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to yield right of way at Route K and Farrar Drive.
  • Santon M. Rollis, 29, and Toni Shavers, 29, both of Cape Girardeau, were issued summonses for trespassing at 2009 Old Sprigg Street Road.
  • John T. Clemons, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle at West Cape Rock Drive and Bel Air Drive.
  • Justine D. Watson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield at Themis Street and Spring Avenue.
  • Tab R. Barks, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle at Route 177 and Olive Street.

Thefts

  • A laptop was reported stolen at 1432 N. Water St.
  • Stealing and forgery were reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Alcohol was reported stolen at CVS Pharmacy, 2161 William St.
  • A Stihl weedeater was reported stolen at 2500 Janet Drive.
  • A 2005 purple Hyundai Sonata was reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive,
  • Medications, jewelry, an iPad 3, a firearm, ammunition, money and a DeWalt drill were reported stolen, and tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 313 Themis St.
  • A 2001 silver Buick Park Avenue was reported stolen at 825 N. Missouri Ave.

  • Domestic assault was reported.
