* Joe M. Pitts, 39, 2744 Lynwood Hills Drive. Apt. 7, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Arrests

* Katherine M. Daniels, 42, 2030 Brink Ave., was arrested on suspicion of a nuisance party and resisting arrest.

* Lee A. Seyer, 46, of 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's at 315 Shirley Drive.

* Michael T. Whitney, age 21, of 426 N. Fredrick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for property damage and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.

Summons

* Jeff W. Overbey, 34, 2030 Brink Ave., was issued a summons for a nuisance party.

* Domestic assault was reported.
