The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for burglary.

* Loretta Rodriguez, 39, 613 Locust St., and Sierra Abernathy, 18, 1011 S. Ranney Ave., were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Kasey Schrunk, 22, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of a probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* A 29-year-old man was in custody pending formal charges of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.

* Shanda Berry, 31, 1107 Hidden Valley Drive, was arrested on a warrant.

* Emanuel Harris, 34, 113 Willow Ridge, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.

Summonses

* Darren Dace, 26, 442 S. Spring St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Demontrae Hill, 18, 212 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

Thefts

* Stealing was reported at 136 S. Henderson Ave.

* Burglary and the theft of electronics were reported at 1815 Cape LaCroix Road

* Burglary was reported at 151 N. Fountain St.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 121 East Rodney Drive.

Assault

* A 31-year-old man was in custody pending formal charges of first-degree domestic assault.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported at 817 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* Possession of a controlled substance was reported at 64 E. Plaza Way.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* Identity theft was reported.
