DWI

* A subject was in custody pending charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Gerald T. Lawrence, 73, 1439 Perry Ave., was arrested on a Cole County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.

* Samemia C. Twiggs, 26, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* Randy Randall, 35, 1004 Maple St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of filing a false declaration.

* Keturah Basheba Pierce, 26, 909 Hackberry St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for an invalid driver's license.

* A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

Summonses

* Tracy R. Eldridge, 24, 1500 N. West End Blvd., received a summons for assault.

* Steven Lee Williams, 33, 911 Ranney Ave., received a summons for prohibited acts, loud stereo.

* Sandra Diane Sides, 64, of Florissant, Mo., received a summons for failure to maintain grass and weeds.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Shoes were reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* A sign was reported stolen at 1022 Broadway.

* A leaf blower was reported stolen at 1713 Melissa Lane.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 2861 Themis St.

Property damage

* A vehicle's window was reported broken at 1725 Huntington Drive, where a purse was also reported stolen.

* Tires were reported cut at 124 S. Lorimier St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 407 N. Kingshighway.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1102 Landgraf Drive, where a wallet was also reported stolen.

Burglary

* A GMC chop saw was reported stolen at 615 N. Lorimier St.

Miscellaneous

* Forgery was reported at 801 William St.

* A 34-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Careless driving was reported on Interstate 55.

* A peace disturbance was reported.
