The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* David C. Snider, 35, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for a probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Jeremy T. Guyton, 25, 1004 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a parole violation.

Summonses

* Thomas E. Johnson, 46, 2825 Whitener St., received a summons for assault.

* Latoya N. Isaac, 26, 121 East Rodney Drive, received a summons for property damage.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Kohl's, 351 Shirley Drive, reported perfume and sunglasses stolen.

* A purse was reported stolen at 246 Siemers Drive.

* McDonald's, 1925 Broadway, reported money stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 121 East Rodney Drive.

* A vehicle was reported scratched at 2814 Whitener St.

* A vehicle was reported scratched at 1025 N. Sprigg St.

Burglary

* A television was reported taken at 845 Walnut St.

Miscellaneous

* Counterfeiting was reported at 341 S. Sprigg St.

* Child endangerment was reported.

* Three juveniles were cited into juvenile court for a curfew violation.

* A 45-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
