  • Austin L. Wilson, 21, 2536 Tulip Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at South Main and Independence streets.
  • Sheena M. Shell, 40, of Crystal City, Missouri, was arrested at Interstate 55 and Hopper Road on a St. Louis County warrant for failure to appear for shoplifting and a Kirkwood, Missouri, warrant for driving while revoked.
  • Jasa R. Elliott, 20, 613 Boxwood Drive, No. 3, was arrested at 121 S. Sprigg St. on a St. Charles Department of Corrections warrant for traffic violation.
  • Rayburn Cowan III, 25, 805 County Road 603, was arrested at Kingshighway and Marsha Kay Drive on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.
  • Cynthia D. Ruiz, 56, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
  • Centrail K. Green, 24, of Carbondale, Illinois, was arrested at 505 N. Kingshighway on a Jackson County warrant for failure to appear for unsafe backing on a roadway.
  • John B. McLaughlin, 50, of Piedmont, Missouri, was arrested at 555 Independence St. on a Wayne County-Greenville, Missouri, warrant for driving with no license, third offense.
  • Justin D. Marberry, 25, 1412 Kingsway Drive, was arrested at William Street and Saint Francis Drive on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Vantours D. Carpenter, 31, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested at 1118 Cousin St. on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks and a Mississippi County warrant for second-degree assault and second-degree burglary.
  • Sherry L. Niederbrach, 39, 219 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
  • Callie M. Robinson, 31, 605 Maple St., was arrested at 605 Maple St. on a Scott County warrant for fraudulent use of credit cards.
  • Reginald D. Davis, 22, of Tamms, Illinois, was arrested at Bloomfield and South Missouri streets on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing an iPhone at Doctors Park and Mount Auburn Road.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and burglary.
  • Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing a motor vehicle at 3006 Wisteria Drive.

Summonses

  • David E. Sorenson, 52, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for display of certain items prohibited and failure to maintain private property free of litter at 1519 William St.
  • Walter White, 58, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red light.
  • Noah L. Poole, 21, homeless, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
