The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for peace disturbance.

* Garmeisha D. Terry, 25, 722 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

* Movina A. Smith, 38, 2008 New Madrid St., was arrested suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance, driving while suspended and failure to stop at a stop sign.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Robert E.L. Myers III, 36, 1423 N. Missouri Ave., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for probation violation.

* Brendan L. Duke, 32, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of possession of narcotic equipment and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of narcotic equipment.

* Jacob D. Jungers, 21, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Curtis M. Branham, 21, 1003 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at 315 Shirley Drive.

* Robert Williams Jr., 21, of Blytheville, Ark., was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

Summonses

* Brandee R. Young, 32, 1512 Big Bend Road, and Carl L. Wood, 35, 2541 Ranchito Drive, both received summonses for shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Burglary

* A burglary and the possession of burglary tools were reported at 2806 Luce St.

Thefts

* A laptop and power cord wee reported stolen at 601 Boxwood Drive.

* Damage to a motorcycle was reported at 2837 Themis St.

* Shaun M. Comer, 39, of Whitewater was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for marijuana possession.

* Edd F. Staggs, 34, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Andrea Daniel, 29, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Whitney V. Durrant, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey a judge's orders for interfering with custody.

* David E. Todd, 46, of Jackson was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for a traffic offense.

* John E. Wardrip, 38, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of distributing, manufacturing a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
