Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do imply guilt.
Arrests
* Michael A. Hanning, 30, of De Soto, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Denise K. Hency-Kettles, 37, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of failure to return to confinement.
* Marsha G. Price-Terry, 41, 722 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation.
Summonses
* Deana M. Latham, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., received a summons for possession of intoxicants by a minor.
* Douglas A. Prostorog, unknown age, 1234 W. Cape Rock Drive, received a summons for indecent exposure.
Assaults
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Assault and trespassing were reported at 335 N. Kingshighway.
Thefts
* Theft and fraudulent use of a credit device were reported at 335 N. Kingshighway.
* A purse was reported stolen on South Sprigg Street and Broadway.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 419 Bellevue St.
* Bicycles were reported stolen at 1201 Good Hope St.
Burglary
* An Xbox 360 and a string trimmer were reported stolen from 431 S. Ellis St.
* A burglary was reported at 103 Clark Ave., Apt. 24. An Xbox and controllers were reported stolen.
* A burglary was reported at 3020 Boutin Drive, No. 43. A TV was reported stolen.
* A burglary was reported at 430 Sheridan Drive.
Property damage
* Vehicle damage was reported at 1800 Broadway and Sunset Boulevard.
* Cup 'N' Cork, 46 N. Main St., reported plant damage.
Miscellaneous
* A 41-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* A 47-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 51-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 43-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Trepassing was reported at 1034 Broadway.
* An interference with custody was reported.
* A juvenile is in custody for being beyond parental control.
