The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* William M. Williams, 232 Barberry St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failing to wear a DOT-approved helmet and no motorcycle endorsement.

* Kyle D. Rollett, 21, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield.

* Trever L. Coomer, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of road.

* Driving while intoxicated was reported.

Arrests

* Daniel M. Lingenfelter of Labadie, Mo., was arrested on an Arnold, Mo., warrant.

* Levan M. Johnson Jr., 19, 2624 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Fred's, 121 S. Sprigg St.

* James D. Noland, 52, 36 N. Henderson Ave. Apt. B, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for walking in the roadway and contempt of court for public consumption of alcohol.

* Mason W. McDonald, 20, of Moscow Mills, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession.

* A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges for failure to register vehicle and driving while revoked.

* Tonya M. Standridge, 40, of Albany, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Gerald Lee Ivy, 29, 3030 Mimosa Drive, No. 18, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear.

* Justin J. Weinkein, 30, 2531 Janet Drive, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and domestic assault.

* Burglary and stealing were reported.

* Burglary and theft of money were reported at 442 S. Spring Ave.

* Burglary and damaged walls were reported at 2815 S. Sprigg St.
