Arrests

* Lee A. Bonner, 42, 210 S. Hanover St., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* David M. Muich, 21, 1710 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* William W. Welch, 27, 1418 Rose St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

* A 14-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing at Claire's, 3049 William St.

* A 14-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* Christopher L. Eskew, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for burglary, on a Scott County warrant for probation violation for stealing and on a state of Missouri warrant for being parole absconder.

* A 16-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Jennifer L. Maddox, 31, homeless, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for larceny and parole violation for manufacturing meth.

* Brian E. Waterman, 31, 415 N. Mount Auburn Road, No. 2, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated.

* A 16-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of being a runaway juvenile.

* Robert L.A. Chapman, 30, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for unlawful use of a Dumpster and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Lonnie D. Frymire, 22, of Marquand, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Melanie A. Warren, 21, of Campbell, Mo., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a traffic violation, failure to appear for contempt of court and failure to appear for no insurance.

* Jacob R. Vossen, 307 N. Pacific St., was arrested for being a minor in possession of alcohol at Themis and Main Streets.

Summonses

* Sharola L. Moore, 38, 513 S. Frederick St., received a summons for animal declared vicious and animal bite.

* Garian J. Evans, 17, of Jackson received a summons for a firework violation.

* Michael W. Street, 35, of Illinois, received a summons for unlawful use of a weapon.

Assault

* A third-degree assault was reported at Hanover and Jefferson Streets.

Burglary

* A burglary and the theft of an Xbox 360 and accessories, television, Xbox 360 games and DVDs were reported at 552 Woodbine Place.

Thefts

* Papa John's, 841 N. Kingshighway, reported money stolen.

* Medications and money were reported stolen at 1311 Jefferson Ave.

* A theft of gasoline was reported at Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St.

* A theft of gasoline was reported at Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway.

* A theft was reported at 1600 Whitener St.

* A computer and purse were reported stolen and a vehicle window damaged at 3049 William St.

* A license place was reported stolen at 811 Perry Avenue.

* A purse was reported stolen at 10 S. Plaza Way.

DWI

* Kirk D. McCain, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests

* Brandon C. Wadlow, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and on a St. Louis County warrant for probation violation for dangerous drugs.

* Geofrey M. Hanschen, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

* John S. Davis, 52, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of armed criminal action and assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Jessica L. Pierce, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Mark J. Rahn, 21, of Sparta, Ill., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation for shoplifting.

* William V. Cole III, 37, of Dieterich, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a seat belt violation.

* Christopher L. Robbins, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Jessica J. Maglone, 26, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.
