The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Christie A. Henry, 47, 904 N. Fountain St. rear, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for theft of property.
* Jamall T. Southall, 29, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for trespassing.
* Jared A. Miller, 19, 618 Boxwood Drive, No. 1, was arrested on a Butler County warrant for probation violation.
* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of domestic assault, assault on a law enforcement officer, property damage and trespassing.
* Kevin S. Gordon, 44, 1108 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no valid operator's license and a Mississippi County warrant for failure to appear for a non-moving violation.
* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of resisting or interfering with an arrest.
* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of resisting arrest.
* Timothy M. Bosak-Barani, 19, 1827 Bloomfield St., received a summons for a fireworks violation.
* Michael W. Moody, 30, 212 S. Lorimier St., No. 10, received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* An assault was reported at 13 N. Sprigg St.
* A domestic assault was reported.
* An assault was reported.
* Electronic goods and an engagement ring were reported stolen at 807 N. Sprigg St.
* A golf bag and clubs, shovel and a hoe were reported stolen at 807 N. Sprigg St.
* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of two tillers and an edger.
* A theft was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.
* A gas can and jumper box were reported stolen at 118 N. Spring Ave.
* Boulder Construction, 2100 Boulder Crest Drive, reported a theft of a lock.
* A vehicle window was reported damaged and electronic goods were reported stolen at 815 Bellevue St.
* Karco, 2611 Auto Park Drive, reported property damage.
* A vehicle window was reported broken and a milk crate with miscellaneous items was reported stolen at 1720 Belleridge Pike.
* Cape Senior Center, 921 Clark Ave., reported a broken window.
* A 45-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Fraud and forgery was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* A 21-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway, reported a peace disturbance. A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.
* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
* A 36-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
