Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A subject is in custody pending charges for assault on a law enforcement officer, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest, failure to maintain the right half of the road and driving while intoxicated.

* Kevin T. Andres, no age given, of New Athens, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Kevin J. Jansen, 54, Silver Springs Road, Lot A, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Denise Hency-Kettles, 37, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant.

Summons

* Steven T. Joseph received a summons for resisting/ interfering with an arrest.

Assault

* An assault was reported at Themis and Main streets.

Thefts

* A camera was reported stolen at 65 Green Acres Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Electronic goods, shoes and jumper cables were reported stolen at 516 Washington Ave.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St. reported a theft of fuel.

Burglary

* Security Bank and Trust, 115 N. Fountain St., reported a burglary.
