* Mary E. McMullin, 57, 132 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession with intent to distribute, driving while suspended and failure to stop at a stop sign.
* Movina A. Smith, 38, 2008 New Madrid St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended and on a Scott County warrant for possession of marijuana.
* Janisha A. Alexander, 26, 921 William St., received a summons for stealing at Save A Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St.
* Michael B. Fairbank, 18, 1124 Cousin St., received a summons for assault.
* John B. Davis, 51, 329 S. Ellis St., received a summons for excessive weed growth.
* Vanha V. Dinh, 38, 1209 Sailer Circle, received a summons for excessive weed growth.
* Assault was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Assault was reported.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Checks were reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* Identity theft was reported.
* A purse was reported stolen at 80 S. Plaza Way.
* A purse was reported stolen at 433 S. Sprigg St.
* Bi-State, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 923 N. Fountain St.
* Menards, 535 Siemers Drive, reported miscellaneous items stolen.

* Keys and change were reported stolen at 115 Themis St.
* Damage to a water fountain was reported at 241 N. Fountain St.

* A 12-year-old boy was taken into protective custody.
* A 53-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
