The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Joseph B. Cannon, 33, 909 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault and a Mississippi County, Mo., warrant for probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for resisting or interfering with arrest.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of failure to stop for a stop sign, driving on wrong side of road, careless and imprudent driving, failure to stop for a steady red light, leaving the scene of an accident, driving without a valid license, failure to yield and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Burglary

* Burglary and theft of a cell phone and money was reported at 99 S. Park Ave.

Robberies

* Robbery and armed criminal action were reported at 51 Hazel St.

* Robbery and armed criminal action were reported at 1701 Lacey St.

Thefts

* Theft and forcible rape were reported.

* Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 1516 Elfrink Drive.

* Theft of a cell phone was reported at 28 N. Pind Wood Lane.

* Theft was reported at 20 West End Blvd.

Summonses

* Robbie E. Tollison, 71, 1114 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within single lane.

* Timothy D. Hardie, no age given, 2917 La Mesa Drive, was issued a summons for failure to have a motorcycle edorsement, unlicensed vehicle and following too close.

* Jennifer R. Strauser, 32, 1600 Bloomfield St., was issued a summons for animal leash law violation.

* Kaleb M. Fellows, 23, 1017 William St., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.

* A 62-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Request for service was requested.
