Arrests

  • Alaina Beck, 43, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 308, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault.
  • Joseph Cissell Jr., 30, 1329 N. Missouri St., was arrested on a warrant.
  • Kayla M. Kelly, 26, 1961 Delwin St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Natalie L. Grimm, 17, 135 Whispering Willow Court, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use a driver's license, failure to drive in a single lane, no insurance and possession of intoxicants by a minor.

Summonses

  • Cynthia K. Roberts, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
  • Matthew A. Zeschke, 18, of Dongola, Illinois, was issued a summons for indecent exposure at Broadway and Water Street.

  • Miscellaneous documents were reported stolen at 109 Henderson Ave.

  • Marco's Pizza reported the theft of two pizzas and cheezy bread at 523 N. Middle St.

  • Burglary, the theft of miscellaneous items and damage to a window were reported at 1720 Cape Meadows Circle.
  • Burglary was reported.

  • Assault was reported.

  • Counterfeiting was reported at Quick N Save, 2861 Themis St.
  • A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
