The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Benjamin O. Patrick, 23, 841 Rodney Vista Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and striking a legally parked vehicle.

Arrests

* Terrisha J. Lee, 28, 903 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Kevin R. Campbell, 29, 1818 Niemann Drive, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of a noise violation.

* Miesha R. Page, 20, 412 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Darien D. Smith, 30, 123 Hazel Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Amanda R. Driskell, 34, 340 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for property damage.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.
