DWI

* Michael C. Young, 45, 2017 Old Sprigg Street Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Maximillian E. Smith, 26, 1303 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault, a Mississippi County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for distributing, delivering and manufacturing controlled substances and a Union County, Ill., warrant for obstructing justice and possession of cannabis.

* Christopher T. Sample, 26, 98 Garnett Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and trespassing.

* Frank Boyd IV, 24, 155 Bellevue St., No. 9, was arrested on suspicion of robbery.

* Brittany N. Pagano, 23, 155 Bellevue St., No. 8, was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

* Jermonte M. Lawrence, 18, 1201 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage, unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a defaced firearm and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing, forgery and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.

* Ashley N. Rhymer, 21, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A 14-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of assault.

* A 14 year-old girl was taken into custody as an incorrigible juvenile.

* Argentry L. Marshall, 45, 1111 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol at Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway.

* Curtis W. Shepard, 35, of Fort Wayne, Ind., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* Derek T. Billups, 615 N. Lorimier St., no age given; Gary A. Ritchie of Sikeston, Mo., no age given; Jacob S. Wolpers of Jackson, no age given; Richard W. Harrington, 1226 W. Cape Rock Drive, no age given; and Bronson C. Carpenter of Rogers, Ark., no age given, were arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance and being minors in possession of alcohol.

* Joshua E. Foeste, 607 Terry Lane, was arrested on a warrant.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault and violation of an order of protection.

* Burglary and theft of clothing, a PlayStation 3 and games, headphones, DVDs, cables, jewelry, money, cologne and a television were reported at 1912 Perryville Road.

* Burglary and theft of legal documents, medication, jewelry and money were reported at 2540 Kenneth Drive.

* Burglary and theft of a laptop computer, two Xboxes and Xbox games were reported at 1827 Bloomfield St.

* Attempted burglary was reported at 2847 Whitener St.

Theft

* Theft and forgery were reported.

* Theft of license plates was reported.

* Theft of medication was reported at 724 S. Sprigg St.

* Theft of medication was reported at 1114 Jefferson Ave.

* License plates were reported stolen at 1506 Big Bend Road.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 319 N. Park Drive.

Summonses

* Timothy W. Overturf, no age given, of Benton, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to stop at stop sign.

* Elizabeth K. Perkins, no age given, 217 Oaklane Drive, was issued a summons for improper passing.

* Lesley J. Sissom, 43, 1037 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for leash-law violation.

* Terra L. Bell, 23, 531 Hanover St., was issued a summons for failure to keep property free of litter.
