DWI

* Taylor D. Blessing, 20, 106 Enclave Circle, No. A2, was arrested on suspicion of a motor vehicle accident, driving while intoxicated, being a minor in possession of alcohol and failure to drive in the right lane of traffic.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of false declaration, failure to have a license, failure to display plates and no proof of insurance.

* Brandon J. Massey, 33, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Heather R. Jacobo, 24, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Darren L. Beasley, 34, 315 Missouri St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Spenser R. Martin, 32, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat belt violation.

Summons

* Missy M. Plunkett, 54, 801 Good Hope St., received a summons for assault.

* A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
