* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault on a law enforcement officer.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of property damage.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Chrystal Harris, 21, 16 N. Henderson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Scratches on a vehicle were reported at 415 Sheridan Drive.

* Driving in a careless and imprudent manner, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle were reported at Maple and Ellis streets.
