The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Dwayne E. Felty, 29, 529 Olive St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Kyle T.N. Wade, 20, 612 Koch Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Hillary G. Jackson, 60, 121 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

Summonses

* Richard L. Myers, 54, of Glenallen, Mo., received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Alexandrea E. Perkins, 17, of Jackson received a summons for shoplifting at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Jessica D. Holmes, 24, 927 Jefferson Ave., received a summons for placement of waste containers.

* Delores M. Ross, 36, 934 William St., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Ariese L.N. Patterson, 26, 1518 Good Hope St., received a summons for harassment.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault and assault were reported.

Burglaries

* A burglary, the theft of jewelry and finger nail polish and property damage were reported at 611 Koch Ave.

* A burglary and the theft of a PlayStation, iPad and computer were reported at 300 Edgewood Road.

Thefts

* Theft was reported on South Frederick Street.

* The theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 1438 Luce St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A 2003 blue Chevrolet Cavalier was reported stolen at 2828 Themis St.

* Rhodes 101, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 207 S. Kingshighway.
