DWI
- Georgia A. Hollinger, 66, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and improper lane use at Broadway and North Middle Street.

Arrests
- Bobbi J. Cato, 38, homeless, was arrested at 923 Good Hope St. on a Stoddard County, Missouri, warrant.
- Trent W. Bennett, 36, of Jackson was arrested at Good Hope and South Benton streets on two Cape Girardeau County warrants.
- Bobbie J. Poole, 27, of Tamms, Illinois, was arrested at Oak Lane and Roberts Street on a Union County, Illinois, warrant.
Burglary
- Burglary and theft were reported at 1815 Cape LaCroix Road.
Miscellaneous
- Violation of an order of protection was reported in the 1400 block of West End Boulevard.
