The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Connor Andrew Luebbert, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Keith Lavoy Mackins, 25, of Pulaski, Illinois, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no operator's license and leaving the scene of an accident.
  • Cassondra Nicole Cameron, no age given, of 317 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
  • Tara Nicole DePauw, 34, 620 Napa Circle, was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license, no proof of insurance, no operator's license, rear light required and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for dangerous drugs.
  • Robert Lee Arnold, 53, 105 Clark Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Dustin Ray Everett, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
  • Marvin Quinn Huddleston, 39, 816 Good Hope St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and assault and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for traffic offense and no valid license.
  • Hannah Rose Mauk, 21, no address given, was arrested on a warrant.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of trespassing.
  • Shanda M. Berry, 32, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summons

  • Joseph I. Horecker, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for violating animal leash-law requirements.

  • A trash can, sound mixing keyboard, microphone system, speakers and amplifiers were reported stolen at Victory Outreach, 1000 Big Bend Road.

  • A burglary was reported at 1553 Princeton Drive.

Property damage

  • Gutters and siding were reported damaged at 503 Woodbine Place.
  • A window and doors were reported damaged, walls were reported spray painted and a TV was reported stolen at 715 North St.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 1325 Broadway.

Assaults

  • Domestic assault was reported.
  • Domestic assault was reported.
  • Assault and attempted assault on a police officer and emergency personnel was reported.

Miscellaneous

  • Assist other agency was reported.
  • An animal bite was reported.
  • A 30-year-old man was placed in mentally-ill detention.
  • Child neglect was reported.
  • A vehicle was recovered at 2011 N. Kingshighway.
  • Interference with custody was reported.
