* Andrew C. Koeppel, 20, 20 N. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
* Anthony C. Borgfield, 32, 2819 Whitener St., Apt. C2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding and driving without a valid license.
Arrests
* Kenneth G. Higgins, 45, 1425 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of statutory sodomy.
* Brandon R. R. Ramsey, 21, 1010 Sturdivant, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, trespassing and property damage.
* Nicholas M. Callahan, 24, 7 St. Martha Ct., Florissant, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Sears, 330 Siemers Drive.
Summonses
* Autumn N. Speakman, 19, 1819 Montgomery, was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Jeannette L. Zuniga, 37, 1819 Montgomery, was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Two subjects were taken into custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Edwin T. Patterson, 39, 726 William St., was arrested for disturbance of the peace and an ex-parte violation.
* Gerald J. Morris, 25, 377 Wills Drive, Jackson, was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation.
* Elizabeth F. S. Harris, 22, 424 Sheridan Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for a probation violation.
* Danile W. Rosebrook, 56, was arrested on a Ray County warrant for failure to appear in court.
* Corris R. Tabb, 51, 223 S. Hanover, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for failure to appear in court.
* Vincent S. Wallace, 44, 116 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court and on a Cape County warrant for a probation violation.
* Heather Collins, 803 Themis St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for commitment.
* Julie T. Jamieson, 19, 24 Commanche Drive, was arrested on a warrant.

* A CD player, CB radio and tools were reported stolen and a dashboard damaged at 321 N. Sprigg St.
* A television was reported stolen at 2115 Good Hope St.
* Identity theft was reported.

* Fred's, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported failure to return rental property.
* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported two incidents of failure to return rental property.
* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* A credit device and wallet were reported stolen at 118 Centennial Drive.
* Electronics were reported stolen at 117 Centennial Drive.
Burglary
* A second-degree burglary and theft of an air conditioning unit and clothing was reported at 513 S. Middle St.
* A burglary and theft of a television, laptop computer, DVD player and cash was reported at 103 N. Henderson St.
* A second-degree burglary and theft of electronics was reported at 510 N. Fountain St.
Property damage
* Vehicle damage was reported at 242 N. Pacific St.
* A window was reported broken at A Different Drummer, 904 Themis St.
* Property damage was reported by Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous
* A disturbance of the peace was reported.
* Violation of an order of protection was reported.
* Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia was reported.
* Sexual misconduct was reported at 2302 N. County Park Drive.
* Failure to return to confinement was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* A girls purple and white bike was reported found at 130 S. Lorimier St.
* A wallet was reported found at Bloomfield Road and Kingshighway.
