The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Joshua Kendall Pardue, 25, of Delta was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Kenneth Lanard Carter Sr., 41, 908 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Raymond Riddle, 25, of Rolla, Mo., was arrested on eight Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Paula Starnes, age not given, 517 Amethyst St., was arrested on a warrant.

* Carteiz King, age not given, 1265 Kingsway Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while license revoked and speeding.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A camera and digital card were reported stolen at 1736 Independence St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 919 N. West End Blvd.

* Mobil, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A theft was reported at 1937 Delwin St.

* A 22-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 37-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
