The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Ashley N. McGuirk, 33, 324 Bellevue St., Apt. 6, was arrested on a Dunklin County, Mo., warrant for identity theft.
* Michael E. Green, 36, 605 Amethyst St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Jamal T. Southall, 32, 622 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of trespassing.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of abuse of a child.
* David B. Wallace, 53, 2104 Nottingham St., was arrested on a Boone County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended and a St. Francois County, Mo., warrant for child neglect.
* Gabriel M. Garmon, 20, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.
* Kiara M. Green, 24, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
* Jesse R. Glover, 30, 1018 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Jennifer R. Keith, 34, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 208, was arrested on a warrant.
* A robbery and theft of a controlled substance and credit card were reported.
* Theft of a driver's license was reported at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.
* Theft of a red and blue bicycle was reported at 143 S. Spanish St.
* Theft of an air conditioner was reported at 1427 N. Spanish St.
* Theft of a hood ornament and property damage were reported at 308 W. Lorimier Place.
* Brent J. Thomason, no age given, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for running a red light.
* Joanna C. Creasy, 18, 1220 Jefferson, Ave., was issued a summons for possession of intoxicants.
* Bruce K. Huffman, 53, of Advance, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
* Errell L. Kimbrough, no age given, of Junction City, Kan., was issued a summons for improper lane change.
* Randall C. Webster, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.
* Moriah R. Renaud, no age given, of Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.
