Arrests

  • Anthony J. Mackins, 30, 24 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
  • Amber N. Pigg, 23, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Derek J. Toler, 22, of Festus, Missouri, was arrested on Festus warrants for failure to appear and failure to appear for failure to register a vehicle.
  • Carl T. Jackson, 55, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Butler County warrant for driving while intoxicated.
  • Megan B. Glastetter, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
  • Nicole M. Waller, 42, of Parma, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing and miscellaneous merchandise at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Tiana J. Lewis, 20, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Ashley L. McCann, 32, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Cameron K. Moore, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended license.
  • A 12-year-old girl was taken into custody for being beyond parental control.

Summonses

  • David A. Magee, no age given, of Wickliffe, Kentucky, was issued a summons for animal neglect.
  • Henry D. Francis, no age given, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, was issued a summons for improper backing.
  • Kaeleigh D. Sutherland, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal-leash law required.
