The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of improper registration and no driver's license.

* Sentrell U. Blackmon, 18, 716 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summonses

* Tina M. Proctor, 33, of Campbell, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Dalton L. Cunningham, 30, of Gideon, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Anika H. Mim, no age given, 4 Village Drive, was issued a summons for no insurance and unsafe start.

* Francisco J. Godinez, no age given, of Cobden, Illinois, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William. St.

* Della R. Dittmer, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to drive within traffic lane.

Assaults

* Assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

* Assault was reported at 1409 Mississippi St.

* Assault was reported at Bloomfield Street and West End Boulevard.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Robbery

* An iPhone and wallet were reported stolen at 113 Broadway.

* A gun was reported stolen at 312 S. Hanover St.

* Tools were reported stolen at 1005 S. Ellis.

Property damage

* A windshield was reported broken at 1409 Mississippi St.

Thefts

* Animals were reported stolen at 227 S. Lorimier St.

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 2728 Luce St.

Miscellaneous

* Passing a bad check was reported at Pizza Hut, 1015 N. Kingshighway.

* Service was requested.

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 1101 William St.
