* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of improper registration and no driver's license.

* Sentrell U. Blackmon, 18, 716 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summonses

* Tina M. Proctor, 33, of Campbell, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Dalton L. Cunningham, 30, of Gideon, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Anika H. Mim, no age given, 4 Village Drive, was issued a summons for no insurance and unsafe start.

* Francisco J. Godinez, no age given, of Cobden, Illinois, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William. St.

* Della R. Dittmer, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to drive within traffic lane.

Assaults

* Assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

* Assault was reported at 1409 Mississippi St.
