CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Caleb Hayes, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for and arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* Melanie Marie Ramey, 48, 3002 Themis St., Apt. 5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for fraud -- insufficient funds check.

* Angela Lee Hudson, 43, 525 S. Sprigg St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for larceny and on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for fraud -- insufficient funds check.

* Charlene Marie Fitzgerald, 35, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended operator's license and no proof of insurance.

* Hannah L. Graham, 32, 20 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs of suspended license and violating a steady signal.

* Dana N. Odum, 34, of Essex, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Toni D. Shavers, 28, 1436 Cousin St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.

* Adrian L. Straughter, 40, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending formal charges of false declaration.

* Cedric Lucious, 25, 1012 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation/parole violation.

Summonses

* Bridgette Lee Jones, 27, and Charles Arnold White II, 28, both of 1237 N. Spanish St., were issued summonses for a leash-law violation.

* Gregory Grant Winfield, 55, 902 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for assault.

* Melanie M. Ramey, 48, 3002 Themis St., was issued a summons for animal leash-law required.

* Roger L. Whitney, no age given, of McClure, Illinois, was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.

* Heather M. Brown, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for no operator's license and failure to yield.

* Steven J. Illy, no age given, of Elsberry, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too close.

Thefts

* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.

* VIP Industries, 1330 S. Expressway, reported stealing, property damage and trespassing.

* Stealing and fraudulent use of a credit device were reported.

* Stealing was reported.

* Trendsetters, 835 S. Kingshighway, reported dietary supplements stolen.

* A debit card, fuel card and miscellaneous paperwork were reported stolen from a motor vehicle at Main and Water streets.

* A radar detector, iPods and a house title were reported stolen at 1805 Grandview Drive.

* Stealing and damage to a building was reported at Exit Realty at 328 S. Sprigg St.

* Theft was reported.

* A stolen purse and wallet were reported at 915 N. Fredrick St.

* Theft of a firearm was reported.

* Identity theft was reported.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1126 N. Spanish St.

* Property damage was reported at Themis Street and North Pind Wood Lane.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at Clark Avenue and Broadway.

* Damage to a wall was reported at 315 S. Middle St.

* Windows were reported broken at 1518 Bloomfield Road.

Burglaries

* Burglary and stealing were reported.

* Burglary, the theft of a stove and refrigerator and a damaged doorknob were reported at 1447 Pemiscot St.

* Burglary and the theft of a computer and television were reported at 829 N. Missouri Ave.

* Money was reported stolen at 19 S. Benton St.

Miscellaneous

* Violation of an order of protection was reported.

* Child abuse was reported.

* Violation of an order of protection was reported.

* A curfew violation was reported.

* Being beyond parental control was reported.

* Christopher M. McLeod, 36, of Burfordville was arrested on a Missouri State Highway Patrol warrant for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

* Marlene K. Rohde, 50, of Friedheim was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a valid license.

* Aaron L. Olivas, 28, of Jackson was arrested on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for fraud -- insufficient funds.

* Hope A. Renn, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for assault.

* Jerry D. Linhart, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for receiving stolen property.

* Kyle D. Hill, 22, was of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Missouri Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation for obstructing police.

* Larry G. Frank, 58, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked and failure to wear a seat belt.

* Levi B. Bowers, 25, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools.

* Levi C. Canoy, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools.

* David O. Turner Jr., 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of violation of an order of protection and resisting/interfering with arrest.
