DWI

* Caleb Hayes, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for and arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* Melanie Marie Ramey, 48, 3002 Themis St., Apt. 5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for fraud -- insufficient funds check.

* Angela Lee Hudson, 43, 525 S. Sprigg St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for larceny and on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for fraud -- insufficient funds check.

* Charlene Marie Fitzgerald, 35, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended operator's license and no proof of insurance.

* Hannah L. Graham, 32, 20 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs of suspended license and violating a steady signal.

* Dana N. Odum, 34, of Essex, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Toni D. Shavers, 28, 1436 Cousin St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.

* Adrian L. Straughter, 40, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending formal charges of false declaration.

* Cedric Lucious, 25, 1012 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation/parole violation.

* VIP Industries, 1330 S. Expressway, reported stealing, property damage and trespassing.

* A debit card, fuel card and miscellaneous paperwork were reported stolen from a motor vehicle at Main and Water streets.

* Stealing and damage to a building was reported at Exit Realty at 328 S. Sprigg St.

* Theft was reported.

* A stolen purse and wallet were reported at 915 N. Fredrick St.

Burglaries

* Christopher M. McLeod, 36, of Burfordville was arrested on a Missouri State Highway Patrol warrant for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

* Marlene K. Rohde, 50, of Friedheim was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a valid license.

* Aaron L. Olivas, 28, of Jackson was arrested on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for fraud -- insufficient funds.

* Hope A. Renn, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for assault.

* Jerry D. Linhart, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for receiving stolen property.

* Kyle D. Hill, 22, was of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Missouri Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation for obstructing police.

* Larry G. Frank, 58, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked and failure to wear a seat belt.

* Levi B. Bowers, 25, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools.

* Levi C. Canoy, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools.

* David O. Turner Jr., 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of violation of an order of protection and resisting/interfering with arrest.
