The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jonathan Kiefer Vincent Lewis, 25, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on a felony parole violation warrant.

* Ishmael Ignitius Blackmon, 31, 1132 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no proof of insurance.

* Misty Lynette Turner, 35, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on two Scott County warrants for failure to appear for stealing and stolen property.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.

* Jarret W. Duncan, 24, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for a stop-sign violation.

Summonses

* Amber D. Pinkerton, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for running a stop sign.

* Nathan H. Jones, no age given, 2854 Whitener St., Apt. A2, was issued a summons for following too close and operating an unlicensed vehicle.

* Traiveon Selvey-Lester, no age given, 308 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for striking a parked vehicle.

* Levi W. Westrich, no age given, of Benton, Missouri, was issued a summons for no valid operator's license and following too close.

* Lauren A. Ditto, no age given, of Florissant, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Stephanie L. Kulavic, 718 Fairway Blvd., was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.

Assaults

* Assault, burglary and property damage were reported at 418 Independence St.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A lawn mower was reported stolen at 24 S. Pacific St.

* A bicycle and chain were reported stolen at 228 S. Ellis St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 419 S. Sprigg St.

* Quick N Save, 2861 Themis St., reported liquor stolen and trespassing.

* License plate stickers were reported stolen.

* Money was reported stolen at 535 Siemers Drive.

Miscellaneous

* First State Community Bank, 1602 N. Kingshighway, reported counterfeit $1 bills.

* Request for service was reported.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
