The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Rachel L. McCammon, no age given, 205 Hillvale St., was issued a summons for DWI, no insurance, failure to maintain a single lane and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrests

* Randall L. Cayce, 43, 618 North St., 302, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

* Leonard McAdory Jr., 39, 605 Maple St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Charlene M. Huff, 33, 611 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 208, was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Darnelus D. Harris, 29, 1138 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace and possession of a controlled substance.

* Christopher R. Anderson, 31, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau city warrants for failure to appear for speeding, failure to appear for assault, no insurance and no operator's license.

* Anthony D. Beasley, 47, 622 Bellevue St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault, unlawful use of a weapon and possession of marijuana.

* Willie Glass, 43, 203 Franklin Ave., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Jason D. Meador, 21, of Scott City was arrested on a warrant.

* Heather M. Minner, 35, of Gulf Port, Miss., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at 211 St. Francis Drive.

* Jonathan E. Northington, 43, of Scott City was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and trespassing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for prohibited acts and noises.

* Christina E. Burton, 37, 1400 West End Blvd., No. 25, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for probation violation.

* Travis D. Wade, 21, 308 Louis St., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for unlawful use of a weapon.

* Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and peace disturbance.

Thefts

* Theft of a debit card was reported at 219 N. Henderson Ave.

* Theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported.

* Theft of license plates was reported at 727 N. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* Damage to a driver's side door was reported at 104 Vantage Drive.

* Damage to a rear windshield was reported at 635 Perry Ave.

* A dented fender was reported at 1115 S. Ranney Ave.

* A bent bicycle rack was reported at 26 N. Spanish St.

* Property damage was reported at 223 S. Ellis St. and William St.

* Property damage was reported at 1721 Cape Meadows Circle.

* Accidental property damage was reported at 2445 Cape Centre Drive.

Summonses

* Rita M. Thompkins, 50, 1106 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for leash law violation.

* Dale L. Koehler, 44, 45 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for disturbing the peace.

* Jamar R. Dowdy, 25, 221 William St., was issued a summons for indecent exposure.
