* J.C.L. Brown, 31, 931 Elm St., was arrested on suspicion of knowingly and recklessly burning, property damage and possession of a controlled substance.
* Gloria J. Holmes, 38, 927 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
* Karin D. Burton, 24, 421 North St., Apt. B, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for speeding and improper registration.
* Bertrell Bridges Jr., 27, 1110 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession with intent to distribute.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of drugs.
* Stephanie L. Farrar, 19, 58 Rivercrest Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for hindering prosecution.
* Joshua L. Faulkner Sr., 36, 922 Good Hope St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
* Jonnie F. Sampson, 29, 533 N. Middle St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
* Domestic assault was reported.

* A credit card was reported stolen at 1600 Perryville Road.
* A cellphone was reported stolen at 3116 Themis St.
* Theft and property damage were reported at 110 N. Silver Springs Road.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 3047 William St.
* Theft was reported at 3127 Dogwood Drive.
* A cellphone was reported stolen at 402 S. Silver Springs Road.
* An iPhone was reported stolen at 2824 Themis St.
* Property damage and the theft of money were reported at 3269 William St.
* Damage to a glass door was reported at 1218 Minnesota Ave.
