* Antanay Lucas, 18, 103 N. Clark St., Apt. 201, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for no insurance.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of domestic assault, property damage and child endangerment.

* Scott Andrew Baker, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

* Feliz D. Lands, 20, 906 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute.

* Dominique D. Maxwell, 18, 2819 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and possession with the intent to distribute.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of making a false declaration at William and South Ellis Street.

* Darius L. Washington, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court and a Mississippi County warrant for failure to appear.

* Sheraton M. Lockridge, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court.

* Andrew T. Laxton, 18, of Fruitland was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Dustin J. Williams, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Daniel L. McClellan, 33, of Mountain View, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.

* John P. Burger, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of attempting to steal watercraft and second-degree property damage.
