* Deandre M. Tipler, 19, 1201 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
* George H. Triblett, 43, 904 Montgomery St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and property damage.
* Lawrence V. Wesley, 48, 902 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for absconding parole.
* Helena S. Gentry, 30, of Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for stealing.
Summonses
* Lawrence V. Wesley, 48, 902 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for trespassing.
* Robert G. Hale, 50, of Thebes, Ill., was issued a summons for trespassing.
* David J. Barnard, 4912 Old Cape Road East, Jackson, was issued a summons for improper lane usage.
* Nicholas M. Riley, 26, 1831 Niemann Drive, was issued a summons for property damage.
Assaults
* A third-degree domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* A camera was reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 325 S. Lorimer St.
* Checks were reported at 1207 N. Kingshighway.
* Money was reported stolen at 1011 S. Pacific St.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at Henderson Avenue and Good Hope Street.
* A wallet, two cell phones, keys, two purses and clothes were reported stolen at 1565 N. Kingshighway.
* Laptop computers, an MP3 player, a camera and a backpack were reported stolen at 824 Themis St.
* A 1996 red Geo Prizm was reported stolen at 716 S. Ellis St.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 121 S. Park Ave. Jewelry was reported taken.
Property damage
* A tire was reported damaged at 137 S. Spanish St.
Miscellaneous
* A 39-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Lost property was reported at 19 S. Kingshighway.
* Check forgery was reported at 1207 N. Kingshighway.
* A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for running away.
* Wallets were recovered at El Rio Drive and Perryville Road.

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Charles M. Richardson, 61, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Daniel D. Boren, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right half of the road.
* Brandon A. Stoverink, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right half of the road.
Arrests
* Kimberly R. Garrett, 37, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Cedar County warrant for fraud and writing checks with insufficient funds.
* Zachary J. Durham, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Laverl L. Ussery Sr., 63, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault.
* Melvin C. Johnson, 33, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant on two counts of stealing by deceit.
* Anjoel D. Vandeweghe, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear court for driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and trespassing; and on a St. Francois County warrant for failure to appear in court for possession of dangerous drugs.
