CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Jerry L. Talley, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at Bertling Street and Sylvan Lane on a warrant.
• Matthew Flippin, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants.
• A juvenile was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon in the 1900 block of Randol Avenue.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance at Good Hope and South Sprigg streets.
• Darian Lynch, 21, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant for theft.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault and burglary at 1930 Robin Hood Circle.

Assaults

• Assault was reported at 535 Siemers Drive.
• Assault was reported in the 1600 block of Madison Street.
• Assault was reported at 430 N. Frederick St.
• Assault was reported in the 2800 block of Whitener Street.
• Domestic assault was reported in the 500 block of North Fountain Street.
• Assault was reported at Independence and North Main streets.
• Assault was reported at 10 S. West End Blvd.
• Assault was reported at 1701 Lacey St.

Thefts

• A green 2005 Saturn was reported stolen at 3004 Themis St.
• Theft was reported at 125 S. Ellis St.
• Burglary was repoted at Bi State, 612 S. Sprigg St.
• Theft was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
• Theft was reported at 2115 William St.

Property damage

• Property damage and trespassing were reported at 639 S. Spring St.
• Property damage and trespassing were reported at 1512 N. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

• Forgery was reported at South Kingshighway and Southern Expressway.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 320 S. Ellis St.
