CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Tyler J. Clark, 26, 209 Lindsey Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., and also on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for violation of order of protection.

* Jonathan E. Northington, 43, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Dale L. Koehler, 44, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Dawn Ginn, 46, homeless of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of performing prohibited acts.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Theft

* Theft of a bicycle was reported at 238 S. Sprigg St.

* Theft of an 18-foot dovetail trailer was reported at 506 S. Kingshighway.

* Theft of a sign was reported at 226 N. Sprigg St.

* Theft of money was reported at Wendy's, 35 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.

* A request for service was reported.

* A 42-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
