The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Kaci Jo Jackson, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of the road.

Arrests

* Charles Allen Johnson, 39, 524 N. Fountain St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for traffic offenses and probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Jeremy Mark Carnell, 22, 1507 County Road 228, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Rene Reyes, 19, 1866 Marietta St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Demontrae Dion Hill, 18, 212 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing money, nail drills, nail polish, finishing powder and paperwork at Golden Nails and Spa, 1430 N. Kingshighway.

Summonses

* Adam D. Kelley, no age given, of Anna, Illinois, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Terrance D. Dozier, 20, 1211 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts (loud music).

* Jerry W. Williams, no age given, of Neelyville, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too closely and driving with an expired license.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Clothing, a television and a CD player were reported stolen at 324 S. Benton St.

* Quick N Save, 2861 Themis St., reported a bank bag and money were stolen.

Miscellaneous

* Request for service was reported.

* Assist other agency was reported.

* Assist other agency was reported.

* An animal bite was reported.
