DWI

  • Emily M. Gantt, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Shocka M.A. Woodson, 29, 3005 Themis St., was arrested on a Marion County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation.
  • Makenzie A. Willard, 23, of St. Louis was arrested at North Kingshighway and Independence Street on an Arnold, Missouri, warrant for larceny.
  • Ronnie F. Parmer, 31, homeless, was arrested at Clark Avenue and Independence Street on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Daniel M. Strop, 24, 2087 Pear Tree Court, was arrested at West End Boulevard and Independence Street on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Kenneth E. Labrot, 28, of Jackson was arrested at 406 N. Sunset Blvd. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for following too closely.

Assaults

  • Second-degree domestic assault was reported at 370 N. Kingshighway.
  • Second-degree domestic assault was reported at 514 Locust St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault at 2112 William St.

Burglary

  • Second-degree burglary and the theft of various items was reported at 15 N. Park Ave.

Thefts

  • A pair of sunglasses and $20 in change were reported stolen, and tampering with motor vehicles was reported at 1427 William St.
  • A credit card was reported stolen, and fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at 11 S. Lorimier St.
  • Shoplifting was reported at Dollar General, 724 Broadway.
  • Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 835 N. West End Blvd.
  • Stealing from a vehicle was reported at 1724 Dunklin St.
  • A credit card was reported stolen, and fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at 515 North St.
  • Theft was reported at 605 Broadway.
  • Theft was reported at 204 Bellevue St.
  • Theft over $500 was reported at 19 Garnet Lane.
  • Medication was reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

Property damage

  • Damage to a door frame was reported at 1202 S. Ellis St.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 2400 Missouri Veterans Drive.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 406 N. Louisiana St.

Miscellaneous

  • Harassment was reported at 44 N. Lorimier St.
  • Unlawful use of a weapon and damage to a vehicle were reported at 1718 Crestwood Drive.
  • Unlawful use of a weapon and damage to a vehicle were reported at 5 Village Drive.
  • Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 224 N. Lorimier St.
  • Possession of a controlled substance was reported at North Main and Fourth streets.
  • A 34-year-old man was reported missing.
  • A brown purse and its contents and an orange purse were reported found at Woodbine Place and Westfield Drive.
