The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Derek J. Toler, 23, of Festus, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Derek S. Thomas, 22, of Russelville, Kentucky, was arrested on a Logan County, Kentucky, warrant.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• James L. Moon, 32, of Jackson was arrested on a Sikeston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear and on a Jackson warrant for failure to a appear.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of hindering prosecution.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

• Carlos L. Bingham, no age given, of Cairo, Illinois, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Avery C. Whitney, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for indecent exposure.
• Matthew J. Hale, no age given, of Bloomfield, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign and driving while revoked.
• Deborah Rankin, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane and for driving without insurance.

Thefts

• A firearm was reported stolen at 1138 Oak Ridge Court.
• A digital camera was reported stolen at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
• A vehicle was reported stolen at Hertz, 879 N. Kingshighway.
• Clothing was reported stolen at Academy Sports, 270 Shirley St.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 418 S. Benton St.
• A fence was reported damaged at 1014 Kingsway Road.

• Han N. Nguyen, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Kelly G. Overy, 32, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Warren County warrant for fraud, insufficient-funds check.
• Christopher L. Eskey, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
• Clarence Brown Jr., 29, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked, speeding, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
• Melissa M. Sharp, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary and second-degree domestic assault.
• Shawn J. Bollinger, 39, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
• Patricia A. Schmoll, 39, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
