The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child, possession of cocaine, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, operation of a motor vehicle owned by another knowing the owner of vehicle has not maintained financial responsibility and failure to secure child in child restraint.

Arrests

* Jacob F. Jones, 20, 1400 David St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and property damage.

* Latonio Wauntaye Pitts, 39, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for forgery.

Summonses

* Ande B. Pfeiffer, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.

* Mandy M. Hanebrink, no age given, 545 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Ashley Jean Evans, 28, 500 Louis St., was issued a summons for nuisance sanitation.

* Alberto Aragon-Santiago, no age given, of Madison, Ala., was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, no valid operator's license and no proof of insurance.

* Caryn Leeanne Roslen, no age given, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to maintain lane and child-restraint violation.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary and theft of televisions, a printer, copier and fax combination, computer and monitor were reported at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1820 Perryville Road.

* Burglary and stealing of a laptop computer, step ladder, computer bag, iPhone and a purse and its contents were reported at 353 N. Park Ave.

Thefts

* Theft of alcohol, food and lotion was reported at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Theft of a laptop computer was reported at 1120 Themis St.

* Theft of a blue bicycle and a red bicycle was reported at 120 Sheridan Drive.

* Theft of a license plate decal was reported at 227 Edgewood Road.

* Theft of a black bicycle was reported at 412 Green Acres Drive.

* Theft of an iPhone was reported at in the Cape Girardeau area.

* Theft of a trolling motor was reported at 2006 Big Bend Road.
