CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Tyson L. Abraham, 23, 806 William St., was arrested at 806 William St. on a probation and parole warrant for being a parole absconder.
• Brandon D. Tipler, 35, of New Madrid, Missouri, was arrested at South Sprigg Street and Jefferson Avenue on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for obstructing a court order.
• David R. Smith, 31, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested at South Sprigg and Merriwether streets on two Cape Girardeau warrants for stealing.
• Megan C. Brown, 30, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested at 45 S. West End Blvd. on a Union County, Illinois, warrant for traffic offense.
• Jamie E. Davidson, 35, 2516 Windy Hill Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
• Robert D. Taylor, 32, 1014 Bloomfield St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for public consumption and trespassing.
• Candace B. Palermo, 33, 1618 Luce St., was arrested at 505 N. Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
• Walter Totten, 54, 720 Walnut St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.
• Jason L. Hutson, 41, 2408 Erna St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving under the influence of drugs.
• Herschael W. Tanksley, 25, 321 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for following too closely.
• Ryan J. Cruz, 25, 21 N. Hanover St., was arrested at Capaha Park on a probation and parole warrant for parole violation for felony dangerous drugs.

Summonses

• Bradeden W. Gockel, 29, of Cape GIrardeau was issued summonses for display of certain items prohibited and private property free of litter at 1033 W. Mount Drive.
• Robert D. Garrity, 39, homeless, was arrested at Independence Street and Keller Avenue on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Brittany D. Henry, 25, of Mounds, Illinois, was arrested at 510 N. Fountain St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for no operator's license.
• Steven P. Thurman, 32, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested on two Warren County, Missouri, warrants for failure to appear for traffic violations and a Mississippi County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for non-support.
• Ryan G. Irions, 21, 1006 N. Frederick St., Apt. B, was arrested at 1925 Broadway on a Cape Girardeau warrant for resisting arrest.
• Orval H. Taylor Jr., 21, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance and improper registration.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

Burglary

• Burglary was reported at House of Hope, South Ranney Avenue and Hickory Street.

Thefts

• Theft of coins, a bag with contents and a key and damage to a vehicle were reported at 1224 William St.
• Theft was reported at 505 N. Kingshighway.
• Motor oil was reported stolen from 514 Vincent Park Drive.
• A subwoofer and amplifier were reported stolen from 517 Vincent Park Drive.
• A tool was reported stolen from 532 Vincent Park Drive.
