* Dana Ann Phillips, 32, of McClure, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.
* Terry Eugene McGinnis, 48, of Fargo, Indiana, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3439 William St.
* Toni Renee Torrez, 25, of San Bernardino, California, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3439 William St.
* Kyle Taylor Jaco, 25, 1112 Harmony St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Ricky Lee Robinson, 37, 1204 Linden Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Sultan Khashan Aldheeri, 29, 1701 N. Sprigg, Apt. 601, was arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct.
* George Leon Whitehead, 25, 124B Route W, Lot 25, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* Heather Nicole Huffman, 26, 605 N. Spanish St., Apt. A, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation for stealing and for failure to appear for probation violation.
* William Earl Seabaugh, 39, 1217 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for harassment.
* Zachariah Derek Sutton, 21, 2535 Masters Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for trespassing.
* Christopher Andrew Shepard, 23, 605 Mechaw Drive, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for improper registration and stealing; on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for a seat-belt violation; on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for failure to appear for improper registration; and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Arias Santos-Selbin, no age given, 23 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for no operator's license and no insurance.
* Sheila Kaye Wade, 42, 1412 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for assault.

* Two purses were reported stolen at Aquamsi and Fountain streets.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 221 Broadview St.
* Stealing and financial exploitation of an elderly/disabled person were reported.

* A 45-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Zachary T. O'Bryan, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
* Steven L. McCormick, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault and peace disturbance.
* Robert S. Burden, 36, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, false imprisonment and property damage; and on Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for violation of an order of protection and probation violation for excessive blood alcohol level.
* Vernon L. Norfolk, 39, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, failure to drive on the right half of the road and operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility.
* Jason A. Clark, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested for driving while revoked and on a Stoddard County warrant for an insufficient-funds check.
* Crystal L. Newton-Dobbs, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Joe D. Davis, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check.
* Brittany D. Purl, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for operating a vehicle without a license, failure to wear a seat belt and failure to display plates.
* Justin M. Jones, 30, of Scott City was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order.
* Kelsey A. Hileman, 19, of Anna, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of attempting to purchase or possession of liquor by a minor.
* Charles D. Johnson, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of attempting to purchase or possession of liquor by a minor.
