* Kyle Watson, 32, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Diedre C. Ward, 41, 719 William St. No. 7, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check.

* Danny R. Reed, 31, 1216 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a parole warrant and on suspicion of possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.

* William C. Birkman, 29, 114 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Stoddard County, Mo., warrant for child neglect.

* Kevin R. Campbell, 30, 1818 Niemann Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* Chad M. Goza, 36, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and stealing.

* Jordan R. Quigley, 23, 1239 Oakley Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stop sign violation, careless and imprudent driving, resisting arrest and failure to yield to emergency vehicle.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Thomas J. Vicory, 23, of Jackson was issued a summons for assault.
