The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Cameron A. Fanger, 20, 362 Quail Creek, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Bryon D. Gardner, 22, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of robbery.

* Teresa L. Rivers, 30, 919 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation and a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of violation of a protection order.

Summonses

* Larry E. Hood Sr., 58, 132 S. Benton St., received a summons for failure to secure trash and litter in proper containers.

* Joseph W. Hurst III, 45, 927 West Rodney Dr., received a summons for violating city animal license requirements and for animal neglect.

* Erick Johnson, 37, 1500 N. West End Blvd., received a summons for driving with a suspended license.

* James J. Dennis, 47, 1104 William St., received a summons for assault.

* Zuvonda L. Richardson, 24, 424 Louis St., received a summons for a leash-law violation
