The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane and driving while license is revoked.

Arrest

* Two boys were cited into juvenile court fot stealing clothing from Macy's, 3049 William St.

Summonses

* Krystal M. Hackworth, 26, 1906 Arkansas Ave., received a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to signal and having no insurance.

* Tequila C. Higgins, 26, 616 Emerald St., received a summons for stealing from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

* William Mitchell Sidwell, 27, of Ballwin, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for supplying liquor to minors.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A flatbed trailer was reported stolen on Good Hope Street and Plaza Way.

* An amplifier and medication were reported stolen at 2136 William St.

* Medication was reported stolen at 917 N. Fountain St.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a gasoline theft.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported.

Property damage

* A vehicle mirror was reported damaged at 3439 William St.

* A door was reported damaged at 1005 Good Hope St.

Miscellaneous

* A 43-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Harassment was reported.

* A 40-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Forcible sodomy was reported.

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a counterfeit $20 bill.

* A peace disturbance was reported.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

* A key chain and Kennedy half dollars were reported stolen in a campus parking lot.
