  • Two 16-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Mattie Rider, 30, 536 S. Middle St., was arrested on suspicicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of second-degree domestic assault.
  • Shanda M. Berry, 32, 1558 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing and a Bollinger County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
  • Bobby J. Masterson, 48, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
  • Deontai J. Cooper, 23, 1122 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Ted B. Walton, 29, 313 N. Fountain St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
  • Shreatha N. Patterson, 37, 616 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated and a Scott County warrant for a probation violation.
  • Jordan W. McIntyre, 21, 1529 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau county warrant for failure to appear.

  • Ruth N. Partain, no age given, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

  • Fabio R. Acevedo-Sanchez, no age given, of Dexter, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to drive within a single lane.
