The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Michael G. Martin, 29, 3569 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Ryan N. Curey, 38, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense.
* Angela M. Wilburn, 34, 2855 Whitener St., Apt. A4, was arrested on a Scott County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense and on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, no insurance, no driver's license, failure to stop at a stop sign, careless and imprudent driving and resisting arrest.
* Shawna D. Watson, 47, 810 N. Missouri Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing jewelry from Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
* Edwin D. Patterson, 42, 1018 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* Larry K. Smith, 36, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* Austin R. Noland, 20, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of a driver's license.
* James M.S. Karnes, 38, 2855 Whitener St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance and stealing headlights and clothing from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Joshua A. Abernathie, 25, 1105 Hidden Valley Drive, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, no operator's license and improper lane usage.
* Nichole D. Payne, 30, 422 Bellevue St., Apt. B., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant and a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
* Sandra G. Slinkard, 46, 3004 Heartling St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Kelli S. Schulte, 46, of Bonne Terre, Mo., was issued a summons for concealment of contraband.
* Kelvin T. Davis, 22, 1012 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for refusal to disperse and resisting/interfering with arrest.
* Christopher T. Miley, 46, no address given, was issued a summons for nuisance party.
* Roshunda A. McCloud, 25, 116 Cousin St., was issued a summons for nuisance party.
* Lorenzo Duncan, 20, of Cairo, Ill., was issued a summons for property damage.
* Domestic assault was reported.

* Theft of a 2013 silver GMC Yukon was reported at 2008 N. Kingshighway.
* Theft of an 18-foot trailer was reported at 205 S. Broadview St.
* Robbery was reported.
* Theft of a mini-refridgerator, television, suitcases and clothing was reported at 704 N. Sprigg St., No. 10.
* Theft of a child's bicycle was reported at 104 Sunset St.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported theft of a watch and food.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for shoplifting at Claire's Boutique, 3049 William St.
* Theft was reported at North Sprigg Street and Broadway.
* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
