The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Tyler E. Borgrield, 27, 526 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Lynette M. McCoy, 44, 1222 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Tanya L. Knight, 27, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for stealing.

Summonses

* Damontray L. Blair, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for property damage and trespassing.

* Ovell J. Pollard III, 17, 433 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for trespassing.

* George W. Smith IV, 21, 215 E. Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons for resisting arrest.

* James H. Kimbel, no age given, 124 S. Lorimier St., was issued a summons for no license and failure to drive within single lanes.

Burglary

* Burglary and the theft of a washer gun, bench griner, batter charger, impact socket set, aluminum intake manifolds and aluminum valve covers were reported at 1601 S. Sprigg St.

Theft

* Money and a cup holder were reported stolen at 24 S. Pacific St.

Property damage

* Accidental damage to a fense was reported at 528 Landis St.

* Scratches on a vehicle were reported at 504 S. Frederick St.

* A window pane was damaged at 419 S. Frederick St.

Miscellaneous

* Service was requested.
