Arrests
* David A. Oxford, 19, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Justin S. Burns, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of making a false declaration.

* Dereke D. Tipler, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a St. Francis County warrant for failure to appear.
* Mary L. Thomas, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Cory A. Heffner, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thefts
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.
* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported electronics stolen.
